Fundraising Information

The Children's Schoolhouse is a nonprofit, cooperative preschool for three and four year olds that is celebrating 36 years of serving the community. It is owned, and entirely operated, by the families of the children who attend. With no outside funding, we must raise a considerable amount of funds each year in order to keep the Schoolhouse affordable. The annual carnival is the largest source of income, other than school tuition. In addition to defraying regular operating expenses, carnival profits aid a scholarship fund for children who could not otherwise attend the Schoolhouse. With support from the community, the Children's Schoolhouse will continue to be a unique place where families from our growing community work together to inspire children toward a lifelong love of learning.
